Refund policy

Only New and Unused items returned within 30 days of delivery qualify for a refund  (less shipping & handling fees) or exchange. Original box, papers, parts, tags and other packaging have to be returned with the product in the condition they were received in. Refunds and exchange will take place within a week after inspection. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Any fishing reels that have been pre-spooled upon your request are non-refundable. All custom-made fishing rod orders are non-refundable. Tackle World has the final say and the right to refuse the return of any item(s) from customers who have a track record of returning items.
